1. Der Versand erfolgt generell nur per Vorkasse, d.h.die Ware wird erst nach Zahlungseingang verschickt. Bedenken Sie bitte, dass es durchaus bis zu einer Woche dauern kann, bis das Geld bei uns eingegangen ist. Bitte schicken Sie uns daher vor Ablauf dieser Zeit keine E-Mails diesbezüglich.
2. Die Versandkosten richten sich nach Lieferadresse und Gesamtgewicht des Paketes.
3. Der DPD unternimmt generell drei Auslieferungsversuche. Anschließend geht das Paket umgehend an uns zurück.
4. Die Auslieferung der Ware erfolgt täglich von Mo - Fr (außer an gesetzlichen Feiertagen). Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass wir keinen Einfluss auf den genauen Zeitpunkt, insbesondere die Uhrzeit, der Auslieferung haben.
5. Unsere Pakete sind grundsätzlich versichert, es fallen daher keine zusätzlichen Kosten für eine Versandversicherung an.

When buing more then one article in different auctions please tell us the auction numbers of the appropriate auctions to save shipping costs. 3. We handle the transaction within 2 working days (Mo-Fr) after it has ended . During that time we will cantact you by e-mail. Anyway, if you are not supposed to get an e-mail from us please let us know. 4. We always send the parcel, within 2 days after the money arrived on our bank account. 5. The delivery time always depends on the country you live in but it can take up to 10 days.
1. We only accept bank transfer as payment method (cash before delivery), that means we send the parcel when cashed. Please keep in mind that it can take a week, until the money arrives to our bank account. Please do not send us any e-mails concerning receipt of payment during that time. 2. Shipping costs depend on the country you live in You can check them up in the description of every single auction. 3. It usually takes 3 attempts to deliver the parcel. When delivery fails the parcel will send back to us. 4. Parcels are only delivered on Mo-Fr (except for public holidays). Please understand that we do not have any influence over the exact date or time of delivery. 5. All of our parcels are covered by insurance.
